Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

To begin the return process, contact us at support@mewyoo.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds as Store Credit

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status.

  • If approved, you will receive store credit equal to the full value of your order, which you can use for future purchases.
  • Store credit will be issued promptly after approval and can be redeemed for any item in our store.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us immediately at support@mewyoo.com so we can resolve the issue.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or special-order items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item’s eligibility, contact us.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your original item. Once approved, you’ll receive store credit to purchase the new item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
